Drive My Way replaces the group chats, spreadsheets and paper diaries with a single app your pupils will actually enjoy using. Every lesson, message and pound of lesson credit lives in one place, for you and for them.
Whether you're a sole instructor with a full diary or running a small team of instructors, Drive My Way gives every pupil a calm, professional experience from the first lesson to test day, and gives you back the hours you used to spend chasing messages and payments.

Everything for lessons in one place, live instructor tracking, messages with photos, progress charts, reflective logs, lesson management and payments.
- A pickup point for each lesson – picking up from school, work or college instead of home? Choose it when you book. The maps button and "On the way" head straight there for that lesson, and the pupil's home address stays as it is. It's saved for next time, and pupils can add their own school or work address in the app.
- Help booking the driving test – choose to show pupils your personal reference number, which DVSA asks for when they book, and the times you can't do a test, with travel time around your other tests and your holidays. It's all off until you switch it on, and nothing is added to your diary. Pupils get a link straight to GOV.UK's practical test booking.
- Lesson offers – pencil a pupil in and they get a message to confirm. Accept and it's a fully booked lesson; decline and you're notified straight away. No more waiting round for replies before your diary's actually locked in.
- Messages with photos – chat in the app, attach photos, and get push notifications, so nothing gets lost in a text thread.
- Progress & reflective logs – a syllabus-based progress chart pupils can follow between lessons, with their mock test results alongside.
- Mock test reports – mark a practice mock test on a DVSA-style marking sheet: on paper during the drive, then type it in once you're parked with the engine off. Print a blank or filled-in sheet, add a photo of the paper one, and send the report to your pupil's app, where they can see how they're getting on over time.
- Road Sketch – some things are easier drawn than described. Pull over and you're looking straight down at the road you're parked on: drop cars onto it in six colours, turn and resize them with your fingers, then draw the lines and arrows over the top. Nothing is saved, and it's yours alone. It never appears in your pupil's app.
- Gaps go to whoever's waited longest – when you create a gap, the app checks who's on your waiting list and has said they're free at exactly that time, and asks before anything goes out. Offer it to them, offer it and tell your active pupils as well, or just send it as normal. They accept or decline in their own app, and accepting moves them straight to Active.
- Earnings at a glance – what you've taken this week, how many lessons it took and how many hours, with last week underneath to compare. Switch it to two weeks or a month if you'd rather.
- Passed pupils stay in touch – mark a pupil as passed and they keep the app for 30 days, so they can still message you about motorway lessons or Pass Plus. They get a congratulations message with your review links, and you can add a follow-up after 7 days.
- Notices in one place – birthdays, new enquiries, lesson cancellations, a mock test tomorrow, driving test cancel-by dates and car reminders, all gathered together so nothing slips past you.
- Lessons & availability – self-serve cancellations (with an automatic charge / no-charge decision for you when notice is short), plus shared holiday and availability so nobody's chasing a "why hasn't so-and-so booked this week" message.
- See who's free, right on your diary – tap Pupils Availability and up to 4 pupils' free times show on your diary in their own colours, around what's already booked. Tap a space to see who's free and book them straight in.
- Licence upload – pupils can upload their licence straight into the app if they want to, instead of a photo buried in a WhatsApp thread.
- Payments & credit – lesson credit balances and payment records, visible to both sides.
- Income & Expenses – log your lesson income and business expenses as you go (fuel, insurance, car finance, advertising and more), add a photo of the receipt, and it all shows in your Control Centre finances too.

Every hour they teach and every hour one of your ADIs sat in on, counted as it happens. All twenty objectives from form ADI 21T, graded the same way you grade a pupil. Then print the 21S, week by week, with every ADI who supervised and their certificate number beside their name. And a trainee is free the whole time they are training.
